KeystoneRental.net Specials, Promotions, and Incentives:
To keep things interesting and to help fill up any open weeks or weekends, we've got some ideas
you might like to use to take advantage of us! Note any of these programs may be removed at
any time - check back here frequently!
We pay you for your referrals that make reservations with KeystoneRental.net:
If someone you refer stays at the condo for at least a three night stay, you receive a
referral fee from us. You'll have your choice of $20 cash for each night they stay or $30 credit
toward a stay at the condo.
Stay Once and Then Get Discounted Reservations the Rest Of The Year:
Anyone who has multiple stays during a twelve month period will receive a 10% discount
on any subsequent stay after the first one (valid during any season!).
The "Make Us An Offer" Special:
Periodically when the unit isn't fully rented, we'll send notices via e-mail and fax to our
contact list and invite you to make us an offer for available dates (sign up here). Tell us what rate
you're willing to pay and what dates you'd like to have (for now, you'll just
repond by email if you're interested).
We'll let you know within a week of
the notice deadline if your offer is accepted. These specials are only in response to given
notices and are subject to collection of a full security deposit and a $100 cleaning fee in
addition to specific mutually agreed terms at the time of the rental.
