Keystone Condo Rental - Slope Side 3BR/3BA

These photos don't do it justice, but you can get a sense of what you can expect by reviewing the following:


	Here's the common area - note the wood-burning fireplace - so great to curl up next to on a cold snowy night - entertainment center, and plenty of glass looking out onto the deck and beyond to the slopes... this is a stylish and comfortable room. We have two new sofas - one of which is a sleeper - so there's plenty of room to relax!

	We've used this photo a couple places and in some of our mailings because it kind of says it all... this is how far you have to walk to the ski lifts. We doubt you'll break a sweat! Argentine is straight out in the picture (somewhat masked by the trees there) and Peru is just to the right of that (hidden behind the lift ticket cottage). When you come out the front door of our building, you have about 20 feet to cross the walkway and put on your gear - kick another 30-40 feet to the lifts and you're up and away! We took this picture from our private balcony where you can sit with a nice warm cup of cocoa or coffee enjoying watching skiiers fly down the runs emerging from the trees on the left!

	This kitchen has everything you need - brand new GE Range with 5 burners, huge oven, sub-zero refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor, an under-counter ice maker (in addition to the one in the freezer!), coffee maker (with timer - perfect for those early mornings!), a wine-rack (perfect for those romantic evenings!), a crock pot and all flatware and dishware provided! There are three stools for eating at the counter (kids love doing that!). There are several grocery stores in the area - the closest one being City Market in Dillon, about 5 miles away. (With 20 or so restaurants all within 2 miles... well, it's your call!!)

	Ok, ok, alot of people have heard about the "nearly famous" hot tub room! With a wickedly cool "retro" design, privacy shades, a door out to the deck, several chairs, an ice-bucket and a towel rack...there's plenty of room for a "party at the party"! Remember: This hot tub is IN THE UNIT! No more having to streak-the-lobby-in-your-wet-bathing-suit-and-towel afterwards (unless you're just into that sort of thing)!

	Step outside the condo and look to your right and this is what you see... Mountain House on the left, the ski school a little further down the path. It's all that close! It may be a little more crowded during peak days, though!

>	Here's an exterior shot of the condo building FROM THE BASE AREA with Agentine and Peru ski lifts just behind me! That second floor deck you're looking at is our condo! Exit the front door of the building, cross the walk and put on the skis. If the snow's deep enough, put on the skis outside the front door and you're only a few "skates" away from the lifts!!! The red building on the left is the lift ticket building, to the left of that (not in the picture) is Keystone Sports and Sharpshooter Photo, and to the left of that is the Mountain House Lodge and Keystone Ski School (see the picture above, also)! 	There's nothing like being able to sleep in, roll out of bed, eat a little something, and STILL be the first ones out on the slopes.... here a couple of family members take advantage of the location by making tracks on 10 inches of new packed powder!
